If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Oquaclean Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
